Welcome to the Oakfield-Alabama Ski & Snowboard Club.   We are an organization created to promote and encourage the sport of skiing and snowboarding to the students at O-A.

Important Facts to Consider:

1.  Membership is open to all students in grades 3-12 .  It is not necessary that you know how to ski since a lesson is provided each week.

2.  We ski  Sunday afternoons starting as soon as the weather conditions allow.  

(Usually January) 6 weeks of transportation are provided.  

Please select Ultimate Select/  Ultimate Select Sunday Night Pass,  if student is riding the bus.

3.  Helmets are  to be worn by all members of the ski club.   Rentals are available.

4.  Transportation will be provided for students . The bus will load in front of the MHS and depart at 12:30pm sharp.  In return, the bus will arrive at OACS MHS at 9 pm. 

5.  Please be advised that the club is a recognized school function and that all rules of the school code of conduct apply.  Any inappropriate behavior on the bus, on the slopes, or in the lodge WILL result in the dismissal from the club. -OACS and the ski resort take a zero tolerance approach towards alcohol, tobacco and drug use.  Any student/parent found to be in possession of or under the influence, will immediately be turned over to Security and the parents of the student will be notified immediately.  If an illegal substance is found, the State Police will also be notified.  A random search of all student’s carry-on items may be conducted by the advisor during the trip to Holiday Valley..

6.  In the event of poor weather or road conditions, I will notify the Ski Club Group via Parent Square.

7.  Ordering is done on-line only with a credit card  See attached guidesheets for instructions.

8.  Online Tickets and Rental packages must be complete before 11/1/25  or a $20 upcharge will apply to all sales.
