Varsity Swim: Brooke Schramm
Senior Brooke Schramm, a team captain for Oakfield-Alabama, continues to be a cornerstone of the program. A consistent top performer in the sprint freestyle events, Schramm brings leadership both in and out of the pool. Her work ethic, race composure, and ability to deliver in high-pressure moments have made her a reliable anchor in relays and a standard-setter for younger swimmers on the roster.
Girls Indoor Track & Field: Gracie Smith
Junior sprinter and jumper Gracie Smith had an amazing meet Saturday, January 10th at the State University of New York at the College of Brockport. At our Rochester Winter Track League Meet, Gracie finished in 2nd place in the 55 Meter Hurdles with a time of 0:09.95, 3rd place in the Long Jump with a Season Best leap of 15' 4.75", and anchored the 800 Meter Relay team that finished in 5th place with a time of 1:57.32. In our program's 15 year history, Gracie Smith has the SECOND BEST 55 Meter Hurdle time, SECOND BEST Long Jump performance, and SECOND BEST High Jump feat. And to top that off, Gracie is part of the school record 800 Meter Relay team! Congratulations Gracie and keep up your great work!
Boys Indoor Track & Field: Landon Pangrazio
Junior thrower Landon Pangazio had an amazing meet Saturday, January 10th at the State University of New York at the College of Brockport. At our Rochester Winter Track League Meet, Landon finished in first place in the Shot Put with a throw of 47' 3.25" and second place in the Weight Throw with a launch of 46' 7.5"! In our program's 15 year history, Landon is our SCHOOL RECORD HOLDER in the Shot Put and has the SECOND BEST Weight Throw in Program History. Congratulations Landon and keep up your great work!
Boys Basketball: Mason Watterson
In two league games last week, Mason averaged 22 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 1 block. Beyond the numbers, Mason continues to be a great Captain and voice for the team. He continues to help our team grow and is constantly putting others ahead of himself. Thanks for being a great leader to this team Mason!
